I am an accomplished UI Developer based in Madison, NJ. My interest in UI design & development began while studying for a CIS degree at Devry University and then grew into a passion during my time at Avaya Inc and while pursuing my MFA in Computer Arts and New Media in the online program at the Academy Of Art University in San Francisco (AAU). I have the best of both worlds at my finger tips; I have a software engineering background coupled with multimedia development skills. In addition, I have an keen eye for, and the ability to design User Interfaces. I have yet to encounter a technology I could not learn quickly, a business case I could not come up with a design for, or an issue I could not debug. I enjoy front end development because I love building something from nothing & the challenge of molding each application into an original piece of "working art". I believe in clean looking, cutting edge, highly usable UI's and applications and strive for that on every project I work on.

Some highlights of my skills include; Flash (AS3), Flex (3 & 4 w/ spark), Java, MySQL, iPad development: HTML5 & CSS, Javascript w/ JQuery, and project leadership experience . I also wrote an Android app (Java) in my free time and its published: SPLISTER. It uses voice recognition to create lists and reminders plus takes advantage of bluetooth to transfer lists to other SPLISTER users.
